The service specification requires a token refund when generation fails technically without a result. An uncertain response must first be reconciled with the provider to prevent a duplicate paid generation. This flow still needs to be connected and tested.

The proposed approach is prepaid token packages without a recurring subscription. Final terms, expiry and refund rules must be approved before sales open.
